Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request and send back a return.
(If you return items later than 30 days with the DHL return label, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.)

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging without damage.
• Items not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded.

Requesting a Return:
Contact us at info@annasstockholm-wardrobe.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping to our warehouse in China is at the customer’s expense. Ensure you use a tracked shipping method.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Only the product price is refunded; shipping costs are not included unless stated otherwise.
